Refund Policy

1) All sales are final (digital goods)

Once a file has been delivered or a download has started, the purchase is non‑refundable. This helps protect our artwork from unauthorized distribution.

2) Limited exceptions

• Duplicate purchase of the same item made in error.
• Technical issue with a file that we cannot resolve after you contact us and allow reasonable troubleshooting.
• Fraudulent transaction (we may require additional information to verify).

If approved, refunds are made to the original payment method only.

3) How to request help

Within 7 days of purchase, email contact@pixelartprintscollection.com with your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We will respond as quickly as possible.

4) Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

By purchasing digital content and beginning the download during the 14‑day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the download starts.

5) Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
